How long does the first scan take?
Your first full scan takes approximately 24 to 48 hours to complete. After that, weekly scans run automatically and typically complete within a few hours. You will receive an email when your report is ready.
Can you actually remove things from Google?
Yes, in many cases. Google provides official channels for removing outdated content, personal information, and content that violates their policies. For content that cannot be removed at the source, we submit deindex requests and pursue suppression strategies that push damaging results off page one. We are transparent about what can and cannot be removed.
How long do data broker removals take?
Data broker opt-outs typically take 2 to 6 weeks to process after submission. Some sites process requests within days while others can take longer. We track every request and follow up automatically. Some data brokers also re-list information periodically your ongoing subscription ensures we catch and remove re-listings automatically.
